The processing of your personal data will take place in order to carry out the recruitment process and, in the event of appropriate consent, also to send marketing information or job offers. Participation in future recruitments also depends on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
You have the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion, objection, transfer (when the basis is consent and the data is processed in an automated manner) or limit their processing. You can submit the above requests to the following address: hello@plenti.pl. Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal, or the lawfulness of further processing of this data, if the contract or law allows it or requires it from Plenti. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the processing of your data violates the provisions on personal data.
Your personal data will be stored for the following periods: in relation to current recruitment: 12 months from the date of closing the recruitment process (for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending claims, which is the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR ), in relation to future recruitment processes: 3 years, in relation to marketing - 24 months.
The recipients of your data will be clients of the personal data administrator, in connection with the implementation of recruitment projects. We share candidate data with our clients only if the candidate has given us consent (unless the data is provided to clients in an anonymised form).
